The Pearl of Great Price is, in many ways, the most compelling volume of revealed ancient scripture. In particular, the books of Moses and Abraham unfold a world steeped in cosmology, liturgy, and temple symbolism.

 

My illustrations for the Pearl of Great Price seek to capture its mystic nature in a way that activates the imagination.

 

As a departure from my normal style, I have also chosen to play around with color for these illustrations, which I hope adds an additional layer of interpretation.
